Clearing InTapp Time Conflicts?

If there are fewer conflicts, it is best to clear them from the in-app application; however, if there are a lot of conflicts, you can recreate a new DATA file


Before you do anything, DO make sure inTapp is synced and close it completely.


  1. Navigate to C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Intapp\Time (where xxx is the current/affected user) 
  2. Rename the DATA folder with a . OLD in the end.
  3. Start inTapp again and let it sync. It will take some time for the initial sync.
